Sheldon Trooper

Sheldon is a confident little 10 year old, 13 pound senior. Although he is visually impaired, it does not prevent him from maneuvering around the house and the backyard and going for walks with a little guidance. He will, on occasion, play with some of the small dogs, but generally prefers to make his own way. Sheldon loves to go for car rides and will sit quietly in his seat. He also loves to play with soft squeaky toys. If you are interested in an independent gentleman, who still enjoys cuddles, then you need to meet Sheldon. Typically, an application and home visit (both of which are required for adoption) MUST be completed, BEFORE a potential adopter will be introduced to one of our pets, in order to first determine that our basic adoption requirements are met, prior to introductions being made. We also utilize personal reference and vet checks (to ensure that any pets already in the potential adoptive home are current on vaccines, heart worm prevention and sterilized) in our adoption process, all of which is intended to ensure that the best match, between pet and people, is made. The adoption fee is based on on the dog's age.
