I have fallen madly in love with Shelby. She spent the past several days at my house and I've learned what an amazing companion she is. Shelby is less than two years old. She is completely housebroken and has no trouble going potty while she is out walking on leash. Shelby is very laid back in the house, laying at your feet while you watch tv. She also enjoys sleeping in bed (as my 11 year old son has learned!) However, she is a very energetic and athletic young lady! She is extremely eager to please and is very devoted to her "people", continually watching people to see what is going on. This super smart dog learns obedience and tricks quick as can be. Shelby gets along fine with male dogs, but prefers to not be around female dogs. Shelby would do great in a home that has the desire to use a dog to "work" either in agility or as a hiking buddy. Because she is so scary-smart, Shelby needs intellectual/physical stimulation.
