**Adoption Pending** Shayla is an big, energetic 2-1/2 year old black & rust female with lots of curiosity about things and affection for people. She is good with other dogs; OK with dog-savvy cats under supervision. Shayla is housebroken if she has a doggie door and she's good in the car. Shayla will need an active environment with plenty of mental stimulation and formal exercise in a dobie-experienced home: couch potatoes need not apply. Shayla has some separation anxiety, so she needs someone who is home most of the time or another friendly dog to hang with. No children under 8 years old due to her size and energy level.
