Handsome young Shavano is a delightful one-and-half year old youngster who’s as friendly as can be and as sweet as pie. At a tall, slender 60 pounds, he could plump up a bit, something easy to accomplish with this typical food loving Lab!
Shavano is housetrained and crate trained. His foster mom often finds him snoozing away in his crate; he’s as good as gold in there all night too. When Shavano first arrived, he was mighty excited to be a part of his foster family, but his foster mom patiently showed him the ropes and explained the house rules and he settled right in. He’s looking forward to learning all the finer points of being a great companion by taking a good obedience class with you – “I’m ready to learn sit, lie down, shake our paw and be most gentlemanly on the leash,” wags this little diamond in the ‘ruff’. Shavano enjoys the company of other dogs, but has kept his feelings about cats to himself so far.
