A victim of our current economy, he was turned into rescue by a family that had him since he was a puppy about 11 yrs ago. The breadwinner in the family had recently lost his job and Sebastian was the latest sacrifice.
He is a very happy boy – all sheltie! He's not pushy and prefers to let other dogs rule the situation.
He is about 14.5" tall at the shoulder and is in a great weight. His eyes are clear, he has little grey on his muzzle and acts and moves like a dog much younger than his age. He has no trouble jumping on the couch or into the car. He was recently groomed and is a pretty red sable color. He is heartworm negative and his pre-surgery bloodwork came back all normal. He will be neutered next week and will be available soon after that.
If you are interested in Sebastian, I suggest you contact us soon as this one will find a home quickly. He'd be happy in almost any home that appreciates shelties.
His foster mom says that he is a very nice dog. He is gentle and happy and just needs a home of his own.
