This adorable guy is named Scruffy! We are not sure exactly what his breed is, but we know that he is a happy-go-lucky dog who would make a great pet. Scruffy was found abandoned in an Eastern Washington park with his friend, Scrappy. One year-old Scruffy was so matted and filthy, that he needed a complete cosmetic overhaul. A local groomer donated her services, and now he looks like a whole new dog! 32 pound Scruffy is a nice size for someone looking for a medium sized dog. While we don’t know how he does with cats, Scruffy is great with other dogs and kids. He is very energetic and can be jumpy, so kids over the age of six years are recommended for Scruffy.
