Meet Scruffy. This little guy has a face only his mother could love, but that's what makes him so adoreable. Scruffy is about 3-4 years old and he somehow ended up at the shelter and nobody came to reclaim him. This dog is VERY scared of new/strange situations and he was litterely scared stiff at the shelter. He would not move but just tried to press himself into the wall during his stay at the shelter. He is here as a foster until a new permenant home is found as he would have died in the shelter. Once this cute little guy (Scruffy weighs 18lbs) feels he can trust you he turns into an absolute love bug and just wants to be a lap dog. Scruffy will be neutered, microchipped and vaccinated prior to going into his new home by the shelter and therefore his adoption fee (which is set by the shelter) is $150. to cover the expense.
