My Story

My adventures with Scooby have come to an end, I am excited to announce that I've settled down to enjoy the good life as a house dog. My name is Scrappy Doo and I am a curious one-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Mastiff mixed pup. Just like those crazy ghosts, house training didn't stand a chance with me, I've rocked it and socked it, and I'm not just about mischief, I'm leash and crate trained and get along famously with dogs, cats, and kids. But watch out for my excitement – I might accidentally knock over little ones. My story starts on the side of the highway in Strafford, where I was found and wouldn't come to anyone. I was elusive for a few days, but eventually trapped by some kind people. But guess what? I've recovered from that ordeal and now love playing with my doggy pal. Now, here's the Scooby twist – I can be a bit shy of quick movements and sudden noises. But give me a little time, and I'll warm up to you. I'll sniff your hand and happily take Scooby Snacks. I'm looking for a very supportive household that can continue my training and help me adjust to being a loved family member. While I may have a tough exterior, deep down, I'm just a pup who wants to be part of a loving family. My adoption fee is Sponsored and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! **Petfinder inquiries are NOT official applications!
