Scrappy is the cutest!!! But of course, you can see that from his picture. He's about 12 pounds and he was found as a stray. Would you believe no one has come to claim this little guy? He will need to be neutered before adoption and will undergo his temperment testing very soon, until then all we can tell you is that he does love to cuddle, but due to his obvious tendency to roam it's highly recommended that he go to a home with a secure fenced yard. We will have more information soon as far as how he is with other dogs, cats, and such.
