My Story

Scout has also completed Basic Manners Training through the Dog Training Club of Chester County. He will sit, lay down, roll over (when coaxed with a treat), "touch" and is practicing his loose leash walking. Recall is NOT his strength. Scout eats Eagle Pack dry food - 1/2 cup 3 times per day. We have an electric fence which keeps him in the yard to play. Without the electric collar, he will bolt off the property to explore, for sure. He likes bones but his favorite toy is the blanket from the bottom of his crate. We call it his "woobie" and he likes to carry it in his mouth, dragging its length behind him. He is very proud of his woobie. Scout loves a tennis ball and his favorite game is to catch it before it hits the ground. He will bring it back to you for more. Some other fun facts about Scout: He loves to chew on ice Scout doesn't shed much He loves a good snuggle and face rub - but you can touch him anywhere He can be brushed, groomed and will let you clip his nails Scout eats in his crate and will sleep in his crate. He does not like day time crate time when people are home but we do crate him whenever we leave the house You can put food down for Scout and take it away without any reaction He is potty trained and will let you know when he has to go out Scout is not a shredder/destroyer Scout is great with our 7 year old little girl
