Hello …My name is Scooter. My foster Dad gave me that name because I love to scoot around. I am a one year old dashund mix, cream colored. They also say I am a chi mix, but my foster parents just don’t see it. I guess that is why they call me a Chiwinee. I probably won't grow much more and weigh about 10 lbs.
