When a wonderful Samaritan found a half starved puppy in the dead of Winter she just couldn't walk away. Scooby's face was showing the signs of hunger/ fear and extreme cold. His ribs were showing his face was looking gaunt. Scooby held out for hope and a prayer for a kind human who would not just shrink back or walk away and lo and behold she came! It was a slow process to steadily build Scooby's strength and weight up and might we say he has filled out beautifully and we think he's incredibly handsome. Surprisingly it didn't take him as long to fit in to a loving home with other sweet dogs who just seemed to know what he needed. Love is the greatest cure!! Scooby is an extremely affectionate dog and he has a whole lot more he'd love to give. Scooby would do great with another sweet dog and someone who is home more as he is very devoted and attaches wonderfully to loving humans. Add to the fact that Scooby is around 35 pounds - Well....We'd call that "Supper Spooner Size." A real cuddler. Adapts well to al size laps!!
