Scooby

Hey! My name is Scooby, and I am 2 years old! I came from a shelter in Upper Peninsula with my sister Rainy in search of a fresh start! We sadly came from a neglectful family and found ourselves homeless. We had been at that shelter for a little while, but unfortunately did not get a whole lot of interest, so it was decided that maybe we should be transferred here to hopefully find a forever home! But we again have found misfortune and neither of us have lucked out on finding a home to call our own yet. We are really trying to not let that get us down, but it is tough. We really do not like shelter life. The dogs overwhelm us, and we find ourselves getting increasingly frustrated the longer we are here, which is really unfortunate because we really are such great dogs! I'll be honest - I could use a person or family that are experienced dog people because I do have some work to do to be the best dog I can be! However, I am treat-motivated and eager-to-please, so I think we could have a lot of fun helping me get there! I have quite a bit of energy, and when I want to get somewhere while on a leash, I am determined to do so! Someone with the ability to handle a strong dog is a must! I do get mouthy and jumpy when I am overexcited (another thing I could use some work on), so a home with older kids would be best for me in my future home. I get along well with my sister, but I have a hard time being around other dogs, so if I weren't able to go home with Rainy, I would need to be a dog-free home. Rainy and I are not a bonded pair, but if you're willing to have twice the fun, we would love to find a forever home in the same place! Help me get out of the shelter life!
