Scooby is a sweet 5 month old, 40 lbs lab/hound mix who came to us as a stray. He loves attention from people and likes to play with other dogs. He is not crate trained but he is working on being housetrained. He will also need a little work when it comes to feeding time as he has been living with other dogs. Because of his young age and his eagerness to please, training should not be an issue. He has a lot of puppy energy and would love a family who is active but without children under the age of 5. His adoption fee is $425.
Please complete an online APPLICATION if you wish to adopt. Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 (pending) non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. If you are approved to adopt, please submit the $100 deposit here: STOP! If you have not been notified of your approval status do not make a deposit.
