Schultz

Isn’t he sitting pretty? Schultz is a 22-month-old purebred German Wirehaired Pointer, weighing in at 79# (a little overweight). He is an owner surrender because he has very little respect for small children who have very little respect for him. He will use his mouth to let them know he is not happy about something. So, in fact, he is a normal dog! Because of this behavior, Schultz should go to a family with children no younger than 12.

Schultz is a very good boy, really! He enjoys life and is always looking for something new to do with his family. His favorite thing is playing fetch. Throw the tennis ball as far as you can and he’ll chase it down………forever! He also gets along with other dogs and cats.

Schultz is housetrained and has had the run of the house when left alone. He just slept on his favorite couch and waiting for his family to come home. If left outside too long by himself, he will jump the fence and knock on the front door, because you surely forgot about him! He needs to be with his family.

This dog's adoption fee is $265 (plus tax). This includes being neutered, current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations, microchipped with the HomeAgain microchip, heartworm tested (negative) and medicated during the heartworm season (May-Dec) while in our care, comes with a Gentle Leader headcollar, and is currently learning Basic Obedience commands and good doggie manners.
