Scarlett

What a pretty girl! This former hunting dog has really taken to being a housepet as you can see. There's nothing like the feeling of seeing a dog that you know what probably kept outdoors in a cage all her life enjoy the spoils of a nice cushy dog bed! Scarlett is one sweet girl.

If you're looking for a medium-sized cute family dog then Scarlett could be for you. She's about 35 pounds and has been around dogs and kids. She should do just fine with cats too. She's great in the car, she's learning how to walk well on a leash and acclimating to life as a family pet.

Scarlett has the classic foxhound / beagle coloring, she's white with lots of black and brown spots and freckles. The freckles make her so cute, her new name could be "Freckles" and she'd love it. For size, she's just a bit taller and thinner than the typical beagle size, she's a medium sized dog. Scarlett is already spayed, and she'll be up to date on vaccinations and testing prior to adoption. She's doing really well in foster care right now and should do even better once she's adopted in to a permanent loving home. This former hunting dog deserves to have a second chance at a great life in a loving home.
