Some dogs you can feel their soul. Savie is one of those-one of a kind. Savie was found by a policeman running down a rural Ky road. Not wanting her to get hit and not wanting to take her to the local shelter that would be almost certain death, he took her to a neighbor who did not have her contained. One day she returned with her eye severely injured. After a couple days of agony a neighbor offered to shoot her as no one could afford the vet expenses. A local rescuer got the help she needed and since then everyone sings Savie's praises. To meet her is to adopt her. Good with kids as well as canine companions.
