My Story

#A5629441 Saturn is a precious, pint sized pitbull with a sleek tuxedo coat and cute floppy ears. This little girl is still puppylike, but would be quick to learn, as she loves treats and is very food motivated. But one thing Saturn doesn't have to learn is how to love - she adores both people and pups alike! This pocket pittie is so happy and would be perfect for a more active family. Saturn's ideal fit would be a family willing to play her favorite game - chase, especially with balls - and even take her swimming. Take home this incredibly friendly, fun, and affectionate little pup today! 1 year old black and white pitbull 38 pound spayed female - on the smaller end for her breed UTD on all shots and preventatives, so ready to go home with you today! However, has a mild skin condition that has been treated, with a good prognosis - will need to be adopted on a health waiver, with adopter to follow up with own vet for further diagnostics and possible treatment Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center on 5/31/24 as a stray Medium energy, very puppylike still Loves other dogs and is friendly with people Loves swimming and chasing balls or toys Knows basic commands like sit, but could learn basic manners and leash work - food motivated, so easy to train with the right encouragement! Very sweet and happy ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below. Because animals are adopted/rescued daily, please also check the United Hope for Animals Facebook page to see if an animal is still available OR call the Baldwin Park Shelter at 626-962-3577. When inquiring about an animal, please reference the animal's ID number. This will enable the volunteer or Baldwin Park employee to locate the status of the pet. Thank you for supporting rescue.
