SASHA

ADOPTED This is Sasha. She is a 2 year old spayed female great pyrenees or great pyrenees mix. Her owners had to move to Florida and could not take her along. Sasha has been a house dog and is housetrained. She has also been around children but not around infants. Sasha is good with cats that are used to dogs and do not run. She also walks well on leash. She will probably grow a little and fill out more and probably have more hair. This is a breed that will bark if left outside all the time so Sasha needs to continue her life as a companion/indoor dog. She will also need a securely fenced yard, at least a 5 to 6 foot high fence. Sasha seems to get along with other dogs, a male companion dog would be a perfect match for her. Sasha has not been around livestock and will not be placed as a livestock guardian dog. She will be a great dog for the right family who is active and will continue her training. Upon approval and home visit, adopters will be asked to sign a contract and pay an adoption fee (which covers the cost of spay/neuter, vaccinations and other necessities).
