Howdy from Texas, my name is Sanders and I am one of a 5-pack of Dachshund/Schnauzer mix puppies, born in Dilley Texas about 4 months ago. We were all brought to an animal shelter, mama included, put on their euthanasia list, and then thankfully taken in by 4 Little Paws Rescue just in the nick of time. Fast forward to today, I’ve been chipped and vaccinated, and ready to be adopted. FYI... I am NOT missing fur. The camera lighting was weird. I am the spittin’ image of my mama (see her picture), and based on most of my scruffy siblings, papa must have been a Schnauzer, LOL. I am a sweet boy, weighing 12 lbs, shy and reserved at first, quiet and easygoing, I make friends easily and love to play with other dogs. My foster mom says I love to play as much as I love being snuggled and loved on. We are happy puppies who love puppy toys, romping and wrestling with each other, and snuggling together in our puppy pen at bedtime.
