My Story
Samuel L Jackson, aka Sammy, is an 8-10 week old dachsund puppy surrendered by his owner. She said she just "didn't want him anymore" and we have no idea why as this is a wonderful little 3lb puppy who snuggles into your neck and just wants to be held. He likes anyone, including other dogs, is a bit timid at first, quiet (squeaks more than he barks), and likes to play and eat. He is an AMAZING 21 inches tip of tail to nose but only stands 6 1/2 inches tall!
He is very good in his crate and is ready to start house training.
We will be fussy where Sammy goes as he is very small and has tiny bones that could easily be broken accidently by bigger dogs or young children. Dachsi's need care in handling/carrying as they grow due to their backs, so he may be best suited to grown children or an adult household.

The $100 adoption fee includes Sammy's puppy shots, exam and neuter surgery.
