Sammi is a spunky little lady who is looking for a foster parent or a kind soul to give her some comfort in her golden years.
Sammi's former owner suffered a slow breakdown, and neglected to feed Sammi and her companion, Lucky, for 8 weeks. Lucky died shortly after they were rescued and arrived at our kennel. She survived and has returned to good health and contentment.
Sammi is well-behaved and loves coddling (and food - no surprise there!).. She is a pretty girl when bathed/fluffed, but she has sparse hair on her tail - a leftover effect of her starvation.
Sammi is up-to-date on all shots, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative. Experienced dog ownership and credible vet references are required.
