Desperately Seeking Sam?
Sam is a uniquely handsome Sharpei/Shepherd mix who urgently needs a new home. His owner has moved to a retirement center and he does not have a permanent place to stay. He is currently still residing at his old house until it is sold but has nowhere yet to go.
Sam is a young 10 yrs. old, neutered and up to date on shots. He is not a needy soul, just wants someone for a daily scratch behind the ears and one-sided conversation, or to take a walk with. He also like tug-o-war. He is a protective dog, but only barks when need arises. He is very strong for his size so would be best for around older children or adults. He would be excellent company for a young retiree or work-at-home person. Sam was trained on Invisible Fence, or will need a strong physical fence if let out unattended.
