Sadie is black and has short hair. She was born about October 20th, 2008 so is almost 3-months old. She weighs 30.7 lbs right now. She has not been housetrained but is working on crate training and then housetraining in her volunteer home. She will need continued training in her adoptive home. Will update this more as we get to know her.
All the puppies are happy, love attention, they like to play, and eat! =) IF looks could kill we all would be dead, because these puppies are so adorable and just love to watch you with everything you do! Like I said they love human affection and attention and will make wonderful dogs when they grow up. They've had to fend for themselves food wise for awhile so they like to overeat and eat quickly. Once they have been in their volunteer homes or adoptive home for awhile, they will quickly learn that there's plenty of food in this world for them.
1/19/09 UPDATE: She is a good puppy and only pottied in the house once because she was excited & playing so she should be easy to potty train. She is really a cuddler! When you carry her, She just lays in your arms & doesn't try to squirm away. She loves attention and is very affectionate. She is not hyper and is very laid back. She rode real well and just laid in my backseat of a car like it was no big deal.
Sadie has a brothers named Marley and Sully, and a sister named Sabrina listed on here if anyone is interested in adopting 2 puppies!
The adopter must spay Sadie when she is old enough and proof is required.
Please be ready for the challenges of a puppy before adopting one....this little girl comes with a ton of love, but puppies are also a lot of work. Please have the time and commitment for a puppy before adoption.
Will someone please adopt Sadie and give her a forever home? $125.00 adoption fee . ($50 is a spay deposit you will get returned once we get the proof of her spay, so the adoption fee is actually only $75)
WE ARE NOT A SHELTER. We only adopt to indoor homes. To see an animal, you must fill out an application first. If you have questions or want to request an application, please send an email to the email address listed. All animals see a vet for shots and normal exams. If they appear healthy and there are no obvious health concerns, then extensive testing is not done. This is normal procedure for pet rescues.
