Sable is a 2 year old American staffordshire terrier mix, and maybe the best\easiest dog that has ever existed.
She is always happy, loves all people and dogs alike. She has literally never met a stranger.
Sable lives with multiple other dogs and does great with all of them.
If you want an all-around good dog with the best personality... you cannot go wrong with Sable. She would make the perfect addition to any home.
She loves to run, play, and be outside. If you let her, she would stay outside ALL day just watching life go by. She is the goofiest dog, but her zoomies are the silliest thing she does. The excitement on her face while she is sprinting around the yard is one of the greatest things to witness.
Sable is also house trained, crate trained and sleeps through the night.
Sable does have hip dysplasia and has been going to physical therapy to help strengthen her leg muscles. Over the last few months she has been doing under water therapy, laser therapy, and calisthenics and has progressed so well that the surgeon has recommended to wait on hip surgery. Although Sable may require surgery at some point, the surgeon has stated that with the proper rest and exercise regimen it could be many years before that is required. We are dedicated to Sable and if she is ever ready for surgery, Fur Love Haven will assist with fundraising to help with funds.
