Posted 1/15/10 for Rheanna Wiedeman. I currently have 6 lab mix puppies that I DESPERATELY need to find homes for. I've listed them on craigslist, the longview news journal, and on petfinder. I have a lot of people that have shown interest, but NO ONE has of yet given a single one of them a home. The mother to these puppies was dumped on me. 3 days after the puppies were born, she was injured somehow, I have no idea what happened to her, I came home from work and she was unable to walk. She had no road rash, so I have no idea what happened. Her tail died and I had to have it docked when I got her spayed, and it came un-sewn and I had to take her BACK to the vet this morning so they could do yet another operation on her. I bottle fed the puppies from the time they were 3 days old. They are now 10 weeks old, and I can no longer afford to feed them. I have exhausted ALL my resources. I have, no lie, spent well over $1,000 on formula and food since these babies were born. I used every last penny of the money I saved up all year on puppy formula. I am a SINGLE MOM, I work full time, but I only have 1 income and 14 mouths to feed. I cant afford to feed myself and my son in addition to all of these puppies and my other animals. I've gotten to the point where I just dont know what to do. my family keeps telling me to take them to the humane society, but I couldn't live with the fact that they may get put to sleep.
