Poor Rusty was returned to the shelter today after someone kept him for two years and then decided they could no longer care for him..he is sweet and likes other dogs....He needs to be on a diet..Whoever owned him fed him way too much or never gave him any exercise...We are glad to have him..he deserves a better home!!
