Rusty is a 6-month-old mixed breed puppy who was found in a rubber workshop in Caguas. He used to visit a nearby bakery for food until a veterinary student rescued him in June. Rusty has since been vaccinated, dewormed, and neutered. He now enjoys better food, is affectionate and playful, uses pads or goes outside for potty, walks on a leash, and travels well in the car. He weighs 27 pounds.
