Rupert came up on an unexpected transport that wasn't to arrive for another week and is DESPERATELY in need of a foster (or forever) home! He is currently being boarded at a vet, but would much rather be his rambunctious little self in a cozy, home environment. Rupert is very sweet, listens to you attentively with the cock of his head, and then goes running off to find a new adventure. True to this type of mixed breed, Rupert is high energy! He needs someone to snuggle with, but also someone willing to exercise and tire him out. He is good with other dogs, cats, and children.
Rupert was on death row at a kill-facility and we snapped this little cutie up immediately upon seeing his picture. How could anyone not want that face?!?!
