Ruffie was turned in by his owner. Not any fault of Ruffie, just no dogs allowed. He is about 10 months old. His family says he is house trained, likes kids, was with another dog and he's a talker. He is handsome and a little obedience training would be helpful at his age. He would make a good running companion once trained.
