She spends most of her time in the crate with the option to come out whenever she wants, but that's where she feels most comfortable at the moment. She's not very used to humans but we are working on that. She has been doing great with potty training and gets along great with the resident animals, cat and dog. We are only on day three and she is starting to get a little more comfortable and coming out and roaming the house. We are working on drinking from a bowl as that seems it is not something she is used to drinking from. Ruby does eat very well but she will only eat from a plate as she must not be used to being fed from a bowl either. Many more updates as I bond and get more acquainted with this beautiful girl. 08/02/24-Ruby is a beautiful 5 year old female blenheim color(red & white) Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She came in from a commercial breeder as they were just done breeding her. She arrived safely into rescue today thanks to her transport volunteers. She has her spay on Monday 8/19 & will be ready to go home after that.
