#A5637887 Roy is a German Shepherd puppy who came to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center as a stray on 7/08/2024. This young lad is feeling very overwhelmed and unsure in the chaotic shelter environment and needs out ASAP. He is still very young and needs a patient, loving forever person or family to show him that it's okay to relax, trust and give affection. 7 months, 30 lbs (still growing) Neutered male Brown and black German Shepherd coloring with a sweet look in his eyes and unique, beautiful big ears Low energy for now (could change once he's more comfortable) Good leash walking skills, despite being scared Seemed okay with other dogs Needs to build trust and confidence The shelter is a very stressful environment for a puppy so he mostly scared and is not showing his full personality Once he warmed up to his handler a little bit, he did want to give affection Once given time to decompress and build confidence, Roy will be a fantastic dog! ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.
