Roxy

Our sweet, beautiful Roxy/Baby needs someone to give her a new life, a new start. She's probably spent her life, first as a "bait" dog (because her teeth are filed flat). She's probably spent most of her life in a kennel "producing" for a greedy breeder. Roxy is pretty shy and scared of the world around her, having not experienced much of it until she was deposited in a park, after being "used up". She is an extremely loving "people" dog, probably better with older children and adults since she's skittish around sudden, unexpected activity. She's threatened/frightened by other large dogs because she hasn't had the chance to learn to interact with other dogs or be part of a pack. Her "prey" instinct seem to come out with small dogs or cats. Roxy needs and deserves a home where she can be the snuggler/ "queen"couch potato. She will be a very devoted, loving pet for someone willing to give her a stable environment, a little patience and consistency, and chance to blossom the way we know she can. She's had her vacinations, she's spayed, she's crate and house trained, has so much love to give. She needs someone who has love to give back.
