Rover is a sweet dog and does handstands when he pees! He is three legged - but that doesn't seem to bother him and he plays well with others. Rover was abused by a teenager, so we are tenative about placing him in a home with kids, particularly males. However, he is sure to adjust once someone gives him the time & love he deserves.
