Rosy is a special dog who through no fault of her own ended up in a home that was not suitable for her. Rosy probably needs to be an only dog or at least no small dogs and no female dogs and to live with a family who has experience with large stubborn dogs or has previously had giant schnauzers. The humans must fully understand the meaning of being alpha and to apply those concepts with gentle strength. The humans must be willing and able to work with a trainer and do obedience with Rosy. Rosy is one of several dogs from a back yard breeder who had no socializing when they were young pups. Rosy is a real sweetheart but will need a special human to work with her and love her. Someone who has a lot of patience and love to give.
