Rosie is the sweetest and most well behaved little girlie.
She was on the euthanasia list with her very young puppies several months ago. Her foster mom saw her shelter picture (the one included on her profile) and her adorable head tilt and sad momma eyes won her over. She knew she couldn't let them die. No Mama left behind.
Rosie initially was in pretty bad shape being malnourished and having skin issues, but now that she is healthy and all of her puppies have grown up and been adopted, it is Rosies turn to find her happily ever after.
Rosie is very smart. She is treat motivated which will make continued training a breeze. She loves going on walks and is a pro at using the doggy door. She is crate trained but really doesn't need it as she hasn't displayed any destructive behavior. She is the perfect mix of independent and cuddly and would love a family that allows her to be both. She loves other dogs and kids but is very adaptable. She just wants a connection with her human best friend, a soft dog bed, some toys, and maybe a custom dog cake on her gotcha day. Is that to much to ask?
We think Rosie is around 3-4 years old and she weighs 50lbs.
Rosie is being fostered in Houston, Texas, but available for transport to many locations. The adoption fee listed includes transport fee.
