Rooster

Rooster is not only a handsome young gent but also gentle and engaging. He is a charmer and loves meeting children and adults. He is good with other dogs and is happy having a buddy. Rooster was found roaming in a rural area where he had not been seen before. He easily introduced himself and was kind to strangers. We believe he is between 1 & 2 yrs old. He is tall and slender. His size is approximatley 65 lbs. We are a rural shelter with high intakes. As a result, the shelter dogs are not guaranteed safety. We do our best but, we need help. ADOPTION FEES APPLY- Dogs $150 - $175 Cats $90. (We are not set up for credit or debit payments.) Your calls are VERY IMPORTANT to us! The shelter is open Monday thru Friday from 9 - 3 p.m. except Thursdays (closed). Saturday hours are by appt. Adoption rates include a spay or neuter, vaccines, & deworming. Surgeries are mandatory! Families with young children must have fenced yards to prevent the accidental escape of pets.
