Roo was found on the side of the road fending for herself when a S.A.F.E. Animal Haven volunteer drove by and rescued her. She took Roo to the Vet to get updated on shots and to start her on the road to happiness! Roo is approximately 8 months old and weighs 35 pounds. She is an absolute love bug. She is great with other dogs and young children. She is learning to walk on a leash and is very eager to please. Since being outdoors fending for herself most of her life....she is enjoying being an inside dog and discovering the many comforts of a loving foster home. She would love nothing more than to find a home to call her own who would love her and never abandon her.
WE FINALIZE EVERY ADOPTION WITH A HOME VISIT THEREFORE POTENTIAL HOMES MUST BE WITHIN A HOURS DRIVE TIME OF CHARLOTTE NC. A FOSTER PET WILL NOT BE SHIPPED TO SOMEONE LIVING OUTSIDE THE ADOPTION AREA NOR WILL ANYONE BE ALLOWED TO COME PICK A PET UP FROM US. YOU MUST BE 21 TO ADOPT FROM OUR GROUP.
