Rocky - In Memory

December 27th:

I could not take you in myself and was unable to find another home for you before it was too late. I am so sorry Rocky. I will never forget you and never forgive myself for not being able to help you. - AM

Upon Arrival:
Young, gorgeous and loyal Rocky is looking for a new home.
Rocky is living in White Rock with his family but would prefer a home in a place without so many children, visitors and one where he will be more at ease. The home he is in now is a very busy one and although his family loves him very much, and Rocky loves his family, they feel he will be happier in a less active environment.

Rocky loves to play with other dogs! He loves to fetch balls and run. He doesn't even mind the rain if there is a good reason to be out in it!
Rocky would be ideal for an active couple. He would love another canine companion in his new home but is fine being the only dog as well.

Rocky has been through obedience training and knows his basic commands. He is house trained and is fine if left alone for a few hours during the day at home. He travels well in his crate in the car and loves car rides!

Rocky is only one year old. He is a 60 lb. neutered male who is healthy and strong. Too much dog for a home with young kids but Rocky does like children. He would prefer to be in a calm environment where there are not a lot of strangers coming and going. Rocky needs an experienced owner who can help him learn proper greeting techniques and socialize him with people he is unfamiliar with. Rocky is very loyal and protective of his home and his people. He needs to live where he does not feel the need to be so protective and with someone better equiped to help him learn to trust those his people trust to let into the home.

All his vaccines are up to date. Rocky has healthy ears, skin and eyes and is an all around healthy young boy.
