Rocky has come a long way in the last month...all the way from Jefferson Parish in Louisiana. You see, Rocky was a victim of Hurricane Ike. He lost his home and his family in the storm and has been transported all the way to our Shelter by the Best Friends Animal Sancturay. Rocky is a little timid in his new surroundings and is making progress on a daily basis. Rocky is 3 years old.
