CONGRATULATIONS TO ROCKY'S NEW DAD!!! Rocky must have been someone's boy at one time because he walks well on a leash, sits on command and has been keeping his kennel clean at the shelter in Arkansas where he was brought in as a stray. You'd think someone would be missing a dog as smart and affectionate as he is, but no one came to claim him so Rocky is remaining calm at this low-kill shelter having faith someone will fall in love with him before his time is up. We're not sure what his mix is, but he is only about 20 pounds and about a year old. When he went to the car for a photo shoot, he jumped right in like he was ready to go, so we know he'll make a great sidekick! Rocky gets along great with the other dogs at the shelter, but has not been tested with cats or kids.
