Hi there, my name is River ... named after a river in East Berlin where I was found swimming and picked up as a stray. I sure hope that I will find a new home where I can once again go swimming, it's good for us older guys. I think it's called hydrotherapy, it's good for the muscles and of course the mind. I am a man of about 7 years old, so that's quite a few in human years. When I was found they had to use bolt cutters to cut the chain off of my neck, boy was it a relief getting that big chain off of my neck. No one should have to live with a big chain around their neck. I'm dreaming of a new home lounging by the pool, a jar of dog treats and a family that loves me!!
