Rhea is a beautiful girl looking for a foster or furever home. She was born around March 2022. She is e-collar and crate trained, and she loves to play. She came from a background of neglect, abuse and health issues; but has overcome all of it with proper care, socialization and training. She still needs patience because she is fearful of new people without slow introductions, but once she knows you- she worships you and loves on you so hard. She just needs to establish trust and a safe boundary first. Rhea would do best as a solo pet for now because she is still learning. Rhea's preferred adopter will be someone who can provide consistent structure, open to families with older children (14+) as she is strong and still learning. She is a healthy gal who is spayed, up to date on all her vaccines, and microchipped. Her foster is gifting all her gear to her furever home: crate, blankets, a cot, ecollar and remote, slow feeding bowl, harness and collar. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
