He arrived thin, scared and under socialized. Rex is dog friendly, currently living with a female dalmation foster sister, and recently took to doggie daycare like a champ. He loves water and is a master cuddler. Rex is very protective of his family and home, continued socialization is vital for his success. Rex needs slow introductions to new people and does better with confident humans with dog experience who understand proper dog introductions. Anxious people will not do well for him. He does wonderful with children, they're are his preferred humans. While currently fostered in Welland Ontario, travel for adoption inquires is possible. Rex lives with a family with 2 kids and does great. Ideally, a family with dog savvy kids, another dog, who is home often, would be perfect.
