Rex was abused by his previous family on a daily basis - understandably this caused him SEVERE anxiety, which led to health issues. Happily, he is now in a safe space and has come to realize that not all humans will hurt him, and as a result he has healed - both emotionally AND physically! He is a loyal dog and is very people-focused, he just needs someone who can give him the time and patience he needs. He is very energetic and loves to play, so he would be perfect for an active person or family. He would like a garden to play around in and plenty of walks. If you can give Rex a home where he can be the center of attention, he will love you with all his heart.
