Dear Remy is from a home where he was severely neglected and lived with a number of other shih tzus in poor conditions.
He was matted from head to toe and was fed cookies and carrots as a diet.
Now that he is in rescue program he has been groomed and eating a healthy diet and is really blossoming and enjoying his new found lifestyle.
Remy now walks on a leash and is quick to learn house training.
