Remy

Hi, my name is Remy. I am a 3 month old Chinese Crested. I’m a Powder Puff, the coated variety which is why I’m so fluffy! I was rescued with a whole bunch of other lucky dogs from puppy mills in the mid-west. I will probably be about 15 lbs or so when I grow up. I am a very sweet little boy and love to get my belly rubbed. I am very affectionate and will probably be a more mellow dog with some playfulness. My foster mom said I’m pretty socialized considering where I came from. I like the small dogs living with me and want to play with them. My bigger foster siblings are a bit too much for me though. I am paper trained already, mom says I’m such a good boy! With the right schedule I should be housebroken pretty quickly. I like to play with my ball and sometimes I even fetch and bring it back! I chase these funny things outside at night my foster mom calls shadows. I never catch them though! My foster mom thinks it’s pretty cute and laughs at me. I’ll get one of them yet! I am not sure how I would do with young children, so I should probably be with kids who are older since I am so small and the real little ones may not understand how to be gentle enough with me. I love my stuffed toys and I bring them all into my crate, even when mom brings them out, I put them all back again. I will need regular brushing to keep my very fine soft coat from getting matted. I do like to be brushed and my foster mom does it every night.
