Say "Hello" to Remi! This handsome guy loooves to play! With his long legs, high energy and active mind; he would thrive best in a home that not only can meet his exercise needs but that can also provide plenty of mental stimulation for this smart, dapper dog. Remi enjoys long sniffari-walks and a game of fetch with the ball, but his most favorite enrichment is fun with the frisbee! Don't let this athletic dog fool you though, Remi is a true sweetheart and is ready to shift gears and show his softer side anytime. He appreciates a good cuddle, some gentle massage and ultimately just basking in all the affection and adoration of his favorite people. Remi can have some initial 'stranger danger' to certain people but is quickly at ease with respectful individuals. While he seems to prefer the company of women, 'his favorite person' is his foster dad! A people-centric dog, he has made friends with people of all ages, genders, shapes and sizes. However, a home with older or dog savvy kids would be ideal. Remi also really likes other dogs but was not socialized with them as a pup and gets too excited to interact with them. That along with a high prey drive, is why we are looking for a home where he can be the only pet. Remi shines best in a home environment and is currently awaiting his forever home in foster care, where he is taking the time to hone all his doggie manners and will gladly show them off to you!
