Since her Spay surgery Razan has been almost like a different dog. She has a bounce to her walk and she has been playing like a 2 year old. Razan can jump up and catch a ball in mid air! She loves to play ball and will bring it back for you to throw it again. Razan is tossing and chasing toys and having the best time playing with things she paid no attention to before.
Razan will run up and put a front paw around your leg and lean in to give you a hug. She has a zest for life that just was not there before.
Razan is in excellent health and has lovely white teeth.
She is house trained, crate trained, is not a barker nor a chewer.
If you are looking for an adult German Shepherd female who is fun loving and playful to be your companion, then consider adopting Razan.
STORY:
Razan is a 6 year old AKC Registered, Black German Shepherd (Lady Razan XII) who was ultimately dumped in a shelter.
Razan's crime was that her master died and the wife didn't want her.
Razan was given to a man who kept her on a chain in the back yard, where she sat and cried... Why...."Because she kept getting out of the yard and wanting to come in the house!!"
Razan has a sweet gentle nurturing nature. She is a very laid back shepherd who wants only to be with her people. She must be in the house where she can care for and love her people.
Razan loves to play ball, especially as part of interacting with humans.
She walks well on or off lead. Razan enjoys rides in the car and the company of most other dogs.
Razan is an Alpha female and is "pushy" with other female dogs. She however loves the company of her foster brother, an adult male German Shepherd. She will make an excellent companion for submissive male or of course as an only dog.
Razan has a strong prey drive and would be best in a home with out cats.
Razan will only be adopted as a valued inside family member to someone who knows and loves the German Shepherd.
