Rascal is about 12 years old. He was surrendered because his owner is no longer able to care for him due to her age and health. He is housetrained, and prefers a home without too much activity. He loves lap time, but doesn't like to be carried around. He is not good with kids, and hasn't been around other animals much in recent years. He is good company if you are lonely because he will talk with you as long as you are willing to converse. He still has some bounce to his step!
Rascal doesn't have many teeth left, so will need a special diet.
